We're looking for a nanny/housekeeper (30-40 hours a week). The kids are 4,6, & 12

Looking for 5 days a week with some flexibility in schedule for evenings and some weekends.

The ideal candidate will have a calm presence, have experience working in a home or for a private family, and be willing to occasionally travel domestically. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills needed.

Primary responsibilities will include assisting with childcare, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home, hands-on cleaning, assisting with light meal prep, grocery shopping and all aspects of laundry. Additional responsibilities include home organizational projects.

Essential Functions

• Keep common household areas clean and tidy of any mess made by the children.
• Engage the children by reading, assisting in creative projects, and daily play and occasional outings.
• Plan age-appropriate activities in alignment with the child's interests.
• Help with transportation of children.
• Actively engage with the child creating a loving, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, dishes, bedding, baseboards, cobwebs, floors, etc
• Vacuums all carpeted areas and upholstered furniture
• Dusts all furniture, hanging pictures and fixtures
• Sanitizes handrails
• Cleans glass surfaces
• Cleans doors, doorways and walls
• Cleans and disinfects common areas and restrooms
• Mops or vacuums common areas
• Cleans and disinfects soiled utility bins
• Cleans and organizes laundry areas and storage closets
• Ensure that hazardous cleaning products are properly stored and labeled
• Launder family linens, towels, sheets, and other items according to schedule and as needed
• Ensures family’s personal clothing remain separate at all times and are returned promptly to the family’ room once laundered
• Complete grocery shopping
• Meal prep
• Help maintain Childrens’ activity schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
